Today, just a reminder to have a good grip on numbers: the agriculture represents 1/3 of the global greenhouse gases emissions. We can't discuss changes to be done without including this big part of the debate.
However, changing the agricultural methods goes along with a combined challenge:
- which plants to grow in a changing climate ?
- which plants to grow to feed soon 9 billion people ?
