Ambyopie is a quite frequent affection on children eyes (3% of all the kids in the World). The problem in this case is that of both eyes, one is "lazy" and looses part or all of its acuity, while the other eye is doing all the job and gets tired quite frequently.
This affection is often treated, but it can come back during the adult age.
Ubisoft (the french video-game maker company, which also designed
Assassins's Creed) has collaborated to develop a video game specially
targetting this disease and help cure it !
